Want your Haramain Gifts account and data deleted? This page shows you how. It covers the Haramain Gifts app and the haramain.gifts store, run by HARAMAIN LLC.
How to request deletion
- In the app: go to Profile, then Settings, then Delete account. You are signed out at once, and your personal data is erased within 10 days.
- By email: write to gifts@haramain.com from the address linked to your account, with the subject "Account deletion request". We handle email requests within 30 days.
We may ask you to confirm your identity.
What we delete
Your account profile, saved addresses, contact details, saved preferences, device records, push token, country and notification settings.
What we keep
Order and payment records that we must keep for tax, accounting and legal reasons, for as long as the law requires. They are stored securely and never used for marketing.
