Haramain Gifts is an extension of Haramain.com. We provide a specialized service for the sourcing and distribution of physical gifts to pilgrims and the "Guests of Allah" within the holy cities of Makkah and Madinah. Please note that Haramain Gifts is a service-based initiative and is not a registered charity or donation-based organization. All product prices displayed on our website are inclusive of the cost of goods, logistics, and service charges. Orders are executed based on the customer’s preferred location and selection.
Commitment & Distribution Timeline
We pride ourselves on punctuality and spiritual dedication. During periods of high demand, such as Ramadan or Hajj, distribution volumes may increase across the region. We commit to performing every distribution within the timeframe communicated at the time of order. In the rare event that a distribution cannot be completed within the committed duration, a full refund will be issued to the customer.
Media, Content & Visual Confirmation
To provide full transparency, our team records the distribution process for every order. Customers will receive a formal confirmation once their order is complete. This confirmation will include a dedicated link, such as a Google Drive folder, where you can access and download high-quality images and videos of your specific distribution.
Subscription Management
For those who wish to maintain a consistent presence in the Holy Cities, we offer weekly and monthly subscription plans. Orders are automatically processed according to the frequency of your chosen subscription. These subscriptions offer full flexibility and can be cancelled at any time. To stop a recurring order, please email our support team directly at gifts@haramain.com.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
We aim for total customer satisfaction. You are entitled to a full refund if you request a cancellation before the distribution has been performed. To request a refund or raise a concern, please contact gifts@haramain.com. Please be advised that once a distribution has been physically performed and recorded, the service is considered complete and is no longer eligible for a refund.
